In case you haven’t already seen, THE MILK LADY OF BANGALORE is a January pick on The Riveter magazine. Nice! The review is mostly summary and says the book is “full of fascinating information,”
BookClubCookbook.com, a website for book clubs with a wide-reaching newsletter, also plans to feature the book around publication day. The editors wonder if you’d be willing to provide a recipe (usually referenced in or inspired by the book ) so that book clubs can make a meal that pairs with their book club discussion of MILK LADY. They also ask for a brief explanation from you about the recipe’s connection to the story. Are you open to this? If so, do you think you could send us something by the end of next week, January 12?
